Mama Tang's Pork Chop

Ingredients:

  • 2 Thick Center-Cut Pork Chops
  • 1/4 cup Mama Tang’s Original or Spicy Asian Vinaigrette
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Bring 2 pork chops to room temperature and pat dry to remove moisture before searing.
  2. Season both sides of the pork chop with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Sear each side of the pork chops for 2-3 minutes on med-high heat. Remove from heat and cover with a moist paper towel.
  4. In a small saucepan, bring 1/4 cup of Mama Tang’s Sweet Asian Vinaigrette to a simmer and let it reduce to about half.
  5. Spoon the Mama Tang reduction onto the pork chops and serve with your favorite sides.
