Asian Ginger Beef Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 Lbs. flank steak
  • 2 Tbsp of grated ginger
  • 1/4 cup(s) lime juice
  • 1/4 cup(s) olive oil
  • 2 bundles of baby greens
  • Cucumbers, sliced
  • Scallions, finely chopped
  • Sesame seeds
  • Cilantro
  • 1/2 cup(s) Mama Tang’s Original or Spicy

Instructions:

  1. Mix 1.5 Lbs. flank steak with 2 Tbsp grated ginger, 1/2 cup(s) Mama Tang’s Original/Spicy sauce, 1/4 cup(s) lime juice, and 1/4 cup(s) of olive oil.
  2. Marinate for 4 hours
  3. Drain and grill or broil for about 6 minutes per side.
  4. Slice beef and serve with salad of baby greens, sliced cucumber, scallions, sesame seeds, and cilantro.
  5. Serve with your choice of Mama Tang’s Original or Spicy Asian Vinaigrette!
