Chicken Adobo

Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 30 minutes  Total Time: 40 minutes  Serves: 4 People

Ingredients:

  • 12 Oz Mama Tangs Spicy Asian Vinaigrette
  • 1 Lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Peeled Garlic Cloves
  • 4 Tbsp black pepper
  • 5 bay leaves

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients into a medium sized pot and boil over high heat for 20 minutes.
  2. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes or until liquid has been reduced by half.
