Mama Tang's Kebabs

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb boneless sirloin steak, cubed
  • 1 cup of Mama Tangs Original or Spicy
  • 2 green onions, cut into 2 inch width
  • 2 zucchini, cubed
  • 2 yellow squash, cubed

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients into a large zip lock bag and refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours.
  2. Preheat grill to about med-high heat.
  3. Place cubes of meat onto skewers and alternate with green onions, zucchini and yellow squash.
  4. Brush additional Mama Tang sauce onto the skewers and place on the grill for about 10 minutes or until the meat reaches 145F with a meat thermometer.
  5. Serve with a fresh salad and additional Mama Tang’s Sweet Asian Vinaigrette.
