Mama Tang's Wings

Ingredients:

  • 4 Lbs. whole chicken wings or drumsticks
  • 1 bottle of Classic Original or Spicy Flavor Mama Tang’s Sweet Asian Vinaigrette!

Instructions:

Marinade Wings or Drums:

  1. Remove & discard excess fat from chicken wings (keep wing sections together) or drum sticks.
  2. Combine the wings or drumsticks and 1 cup of your favorite Mama Tang’s Vinaigrette in a zipper bag.
  3. Refrigerate wings for 3 hours or overnight for best result.

Grilling:

  1. Prepare the gas or charcoal grill to 375F.
  2. Place the wings or drumsticks on the heated grill, close the lid and cook the wings for 20 minutes, drums for 30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 170F.
  3. Serve immediately with remaining Mama Tang’s Original or Spicy!
