Mama Tang’s Asian Vinaigrette Dressing and Marinade is a family recipe originated by our aunt, affectionately known as Mama Tang, who is widely recognized as the best cook in the family. After Hurricane Ike in 2008, our family’s normal life disappeared overnight as the storm left a trail of destruction all around Houston. For two weeks, five families took shelter in the only house that had electricity, gathering around the table for comfort and community. When Mama Tang served us her signature gourmet dressing, we decided to share it with the world. Mama Tang has given us her thumbs up on the Original and Spicy Asian Vinaigrette.
