Mama Tang's Steak

Prep Time: 15 minutes — Cook Time: 15 minutes — Total Time: 30 minutes — Serves: 4 People

Ingredients:

  • 1 Mama Tang’s Sweet Vinaigrette, strained
  • 1/4 cup(s) Sessi Black Blend
  • 2 Tbsp unsalted butter, cold
  • 2 Prime One Ribeye
  • 2 Tsp The Real Co. Himalayan Pink Salt
  • 2 Tsp Black Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Grill to medium High.
  2. While Grill is heating up, In Medium Sauce pan, over medium High heat, strain Mama Tang’s Vinaigrette, and add strained liquid into Sauce Pan. You can discard what is left in the strainer.
  3. Add red wine into sauce pan with strained vinaigrette.  Bring liquid to a boil, and allow to reduce until nappe. When the reduced liquid is thick enough to coat the back of a spoon, remove from heat, and add chilled butter one teaspoon at a time, stirring constantly. set aside.
  4. Season steaks with salt and pepper. cook over medium high heat 4-6 minutes per side, until desired doneness. remove from grill, and allow to rest 5 minutes.
  5. Serve steaks drizzled with sauce, and a glass of red wine.
