Chicken Adobo
Prep Time: 10 minutes — Cook Time: 30 minutes — Total Time: 40 minutes — Serves: 4 People
Ingredients:
- 12 Oz Mama Tangs Spicy Asian Vinaigrette
- 1 Lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Peeled Garlic Cloves
- 4 Tbsp black pepper
- 5 bay leaves
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients into a medium sized pot and boil over high heat for 20 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes or until liquid has been reduced by half.
