Mama Tang's Wings
Ingredients:
- 4 Lbs. whole chicken wings or drumsticks
- 1 bottle of Classic Original or Spicy Flavor Mama Tang’s Sweet Asian Vinaigrette!
Instructions:
Marinade Wings or Drums:
- Remove & discard excess fat from chicken wings (keep wing sections together) or drum sticks.
- Combine the wings or drumsticks and 1 cup of your favorite Mama Tang’s Vinaigrette in a zipper bag.
- Refrigerate wings for 3 hours or overnight for best result.
Grilling:
- Prepare the gas or charcoal grill to 375F.
- Place the wings or drumsticks on the heated grill, close the lid and cook the wings for 20 minutes, drums for 30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 170F.
- Serve immediately with remaining Mama Tang’s Original or Spicy!
