Mama Tang's Kebabs
Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless sirloin steak, cubed
- 1 cup of Mama Tangs Original or Spicy
- 2 green onions, cut into 2 inch width
- 2 zucchini, cubed
- 2 yellow squash, cubed
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients into a large zip lock bag and refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours.
- Preheat grill to about med-high heat.
- Place cubes of meat onto skewers and alternate with green onions, zucchini and yellow squash.
- Brush additional Mama Tang sauce onto the skewers and place on the grill for about 10 minutes or until the meat reaches 145F with a meat thermometer.
- Serve with a fresh salad and additional Mama Tang’s Sweet Asian Vinaigrette.
