Asian Ginger Beef Salad
Ingredients:
- 1.5 Lbs. flank steak
- 2 Tbsp of grated ginger
- 1/4 cup(s) lime juice
- 1/4 cup(s) olive oil
- 2 bundles of baby greens
- Cucumbers, sliced
- Scallions, finely chopped
- Sesame seeds
- Cilantro
- 1/2 cup(s) Mama Tang’s Original or Spicy
Instructions:
- Mix 1.5 Lbs. flank steak with 2 Tbsp grated ginger, 1/2 cup(s) Mama Tang’s Original/Spicy sauce, 1/4 cup(s) lime juice, and 1/4 cup(s) of olive oil.
- Marinate for 4 hours
- Drain and grill or broil for about 6 minutes per side.
- Slice beef and serve with salad of baby greens, sliced cucumber, scallions, sesame seeds, and cilantro.
- Serve with your choice of Mama Tang’s Original or Spicy Asian Vinaigrette!
